Obstructive Sleep Apnea
A Six-Week, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Randomized-Withdrawal, Multicenter Study of the Safety and Efficacy of JZP-110 in the Treatment of Excessive Sleepiness in Subjects with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) JAZZ
Purpose of the Study
• To understand how safe the investigational drug JZP-110 (study drug) is and how useful the study drug is in patients with OSA
Participants must meet the following criteria
• Male or female between 18 to 75 years of age.
• Diagnosis of Obstructive Sleep Apnea
• Current or attempted use of treatment for OSA
• Excessive daytime sleepiness
Study Design
• Study will take place over approximately 12 weeks
• You will have approximately 6 visits (with 4 overnight stays) to the study clinic and approximately 6 phone calls.
Compensation
• You will be compensated $100.00 for regular visits and $300.00 for overnight visits.
